Here are four key components of my approach to facilitation, coaching, and curriculum design.

Sharp power analysis

Bringing an intersectional analysis of systemic oppression, I support groups to powerfully confront interpersonal and institutional power dynamics. My approach is not to "magic away” the problems, but to guide a process of transformation through individuals building critical skills needed for accountability and shifting organizational culture.

Cultivation of creative spirit

I create spaces where experimentation feels easy, nurturing a visionary energy that is connected to joy and freedom. I support groups in tapping into their imagination to bring to life multiple ways of approaching a problem, untangling fear, group-think, and perfectionism.

Trust and mutual support

My approach is rooted in creating a sense of agency for participants, drawing on the wisdom that each individual brings. In my learning spaces, participants feel invested in one another, creating an environment grounded in trust and mutual support.

Attunement to accessibility

With a commitment to Disability Justice, I strive to create learning environments that support participants of varying access needs and learning styles. Adapting the tools I use to each group I’m working with, I bring a flexibility that seeks to maximize each participant’s engagement.
